How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Aqua account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team:

- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- The email address registered with your Aqua account
- Your reason for deletion (optional)
What Gets Deleted
- Your Aqua account and profile information
- Your login credentials and authentication data
- Your trading preferences and app settings
Note: On-chain transaction history cannot be deleted as it is recorded on public blockchains. Any funds must be withdrawn before account deletion.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
