FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q1: When does the campaign run?

The campaign runs from Aug 20, 2026 at 18:30 to Aug 31, 2026 at 18:30, Singapore time (UTC+8). Only fills executed within this window count.

Q2: Which trades count toward volume?

Completed standard perpetual trades and trades on every HIP-3 DEX count. Opens and voluntary closes are included. Spot trades, liquidations, unfilled orders, and cancelled orders do not count.

Q3: How is trading volume calculated?

Each eligible fill contributes its notional value, calculated from execution price multiplied by executed size. Rankings use cumulative notional volume, not deposited margin, PnL, fees, or funding.

Q4: How are rankings and rewards determined?

Only traders with at least 2,000 USDC in cumulative eligible notional volume enter the leaderboard. Qualified traders are ranked by volume, and the final Top 20 receive the fixed USDC reward assigned to their rank. Traders below the threshold are not displayed.

Q5: How are equal trading volumes ranked?

If two traders have the same cumulative eligible volume, the trader who reached that volume first ranks higher. Wallet address order is used only as a final deterministic tie-breaker.

Q6: Do liquidations, unfilled orders, fees, funding, or PnL affect the ranking?

No. Only eligible completed notional trading volume affects the leaderboard. Liquidations, unfilled orders, cancelled orders, fees, funding payments, and profit or loss do not change your rank.

Q7: How often is the leaderboard updated?

The leaderboard is updated every hour. The final result is determined by the campaign-end snapshot and may appear shortly after the official end time while processing completes.

Q8: When and how are rewards distributed?

After the campaign ends, Aqua will review the final results and distribute USDC rewards to eligible participating accounts. Distributed rewards can be traded or withdrawn like regular account assets.

Q9: How can I contact the official team?

Campaign support: Telegram @AquaXApp, X @AquaXApp, or support@aquaex.io.
